To be eligible for membership in Mu Beta Phi Military Fraternity, Inc., you must meet the following criteria: be a male between the ages of 18-59; have served a minimum of two years in the military, whether active, reserve, retired, and/or veteran; if discharged, you must have separated under honorable service; and you must not have been convicted of any felony charge at any point.

Ready to join the Tri-State Kings of Mu Beta Phi Military Fraternity? Follow these steps to apply:

1. Complete the Intake Application
Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria and fill out the intake application form.

2. Submit the Application Fee
Pay the $25.00 non-refundable application fee immediately upon submission of your application.

3. Interview for Acceptance
Once your application is reviewed, you will be interviewed for acceptance into the fraternity.

4. Complete the Education Program
If accepted, you will participate in a 6-week education program designed to prepare you for full membership.

5. Vote of Confidence
After completing the education program, you will undergo a final "Vote of Confidence" process to gain acceptance.

6. Pay the Membership Fee
Upon acceptance, pay the $500.00 membership fee to finalize your membership.
